Unfortunately the delivery took about two months since the custom papers were not properly delivered by Nordace and Thus caused a lot of anger.
Furthermore I am am not really happy with this backpack ????, so I shall probably give it on as a present.

I wouldn’t purchase again.
I didn’t read reviews about the company as I should have prior to purchasing. It’s based in China but the advertising is in Pintrest and Facebook so I fell for it. I’m embarrassed.
I received my backpack in 4 weeks (purchased 4/18/20, arrived 5/20/20). Had it been great quality, it would’ve been worth the wait and the price.
The quality of the backpack is not what you pay for. I’m very disappointed with the quality. I would not have purchased if I had known that it was overpriced, considering the material used. Its mediocre material stuffed with cheap foam? It’s not even a beautiful faux leather trim. The straps aren’t made any sturdier than the rest of the backpack. Even reputable high end stores have better quality at the same price of the Nordace Siena backpack. I was lured in because of all the compartments to store various items and it has a beautiful color and design in the advertisements/commercials.
In addition, the returns are risky because there’s the potential of it being lost in transit. If lost, the seller is no longer responsible. I’m at a loss whether I keep it or risk the return.

I’m happy with my Nordace backpack ???? I was sold on buying this backpack…the ad convinced me quickly????…not necessarily the best way to buy a product, but on the other hand sometimes it is the best route to take so one doesn’t think too much. I give it for now 4stars, as I haven’t used it to it’s full potential. I mainly bought it because of the shape it retains when it’s full..still looks sleek???? It does fit comfortably on my back..it fits close to my back. The left strap doesn’t keep slipping (as it seems to be for all my other non-Nordace backpacks). For now, what I love is the mini pocket inside the top main opening…when I put my wallet, or keys, or lipstick in this pocket the item is easy to grab..I don’t have to search. Love #2, if I put my water bottle in the front side zippered pocket, the bottle stays upright..never falls to its side, and too, it’s easy to open the zipper and just grab! The zippers, in general, are easy to open and close…I like that the pack sits up straight..no tipping over. The side water bottle pocket does really only fit a narrow water ???? bottle…and it is a bit of an effort to put in..but it does stay! In closing I say I am content with purchasing this backpack, and hopefully it will last and keep its shape and comfort for a long time…
I have very mixed feelings about this backpack (Nordace Siena). I absolutely loved it: very pretty, lots of pockets and really practical. However, after little more than one year of use, the main zipper broke... The zipper opens up just by touching the bag. I contacted Nordace but as the 1 year guaranty has expired I couldn't get it fixed for free. I would have to pay 35USD to replace the zipper. I ended up buying another bag from a different brand as it is too risky to spend that much money in a zipper that may break again like the previous one...
The bag is superb and a success as a present but delivery took ages. Most disturbing on Tracking was “your order is at its airport of origin“. A truthful statement of delivery time would have helped as it was planned to give this gift on May 17th after unlocking.
I have purchased 2 back packs now. Dear son took one for work. Beautifuly made and well thought out with pockets and lots of room. Great size as well.
Love the bag, good quality, excellent smart design. International shipping was a bit unreliable - never received a tracking number but contacted Nordace support and they were able to provide a link. However, once the item arrive in my country the tracking just stopped. Thankfully it did show up at my house eventually. Definitely recommend the product but would suggest Nordace try and find a more reputable international courier service.
I really enjoy the quality of my new backpack! I use it for everyday life and hopefully will be able to use as a backpack for traveling too. The fabric is strong and moist resistant, all stitches are firm, all compartment are convenient and well-thought. Well-invested money!
Good construction. Wife loves it. Really helps when traveling by compacting her over packing!
Literally the best backpack! I travel often, and this bag always comes with. It’s very durable and the different compartments are so convenient!
Not to mention, I always get compliments on it!
